  • Mary Sabin has been claimed by some to have been the daughter of Elisha Sabin and Sarah Tower. However, that Mary Sabin married John Mason in 1773 and had at least 4 children between 1773 and 1781.

    More evidence is needed to confirm Mary Sabin as the first wife of John Vinton and the mother of his son John Vinton. The only reference to Mary Sabin seems to be from the Vinton Memorial.
