    • Moses Grisham's surname is also seen as Gresham and Grissom.

      Some publications list Moses Grisham as a possible son of Drury Grisham, a Revolutionary War soldier from North Carolina. However, an 1827 will by Drury Grissom mentions his two sons, Milton and Moses. So the will would seem to remove any doubt that Drury is his father.
