Some published sources claim that Honor was a son of Nathaniel Robbins and Elizabeth Deming who married Betsey Root. I could find no evidence that this is true. However the marriage record for Honor Robbins show that Honor was a son who married George Bridges Rodney Root. So it appears that Honor was a daughter and not a son.
