    An Alfred Carl Fuller memorial plaque in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, in Somerset, Kings County, Nova Scotia, gives Alfred's birth year as 1885 and his birthplace as Welsford, Nova Scotia. However this disagrees with what Alfred gave on his U.S. passport application and his draft registrations for both World Wars.

    Most sources give Alfred Carl Fuller's birth year as 1885, however for his U.S. passport application in January 1919, he gave 1882 as the year. He also states on the application that his birthplace was Berwick, Nova Scotia, and not Welsford.

    Alfred Fuller also gives his birth year as 1882 on his World War I and World War II draft registrations. His World War II draft registration also gives Berwick, Nova Scotia, as his birthplace.
