- Notes:
Jacob Warner's tombstone is a very unusual stone spike inscribed on the sides including a death date of 29 DEC 1711. This may have been a replacement stone as the Andrew Genealogy published in 1919 says that his tombstone has 08 NOV 1711 inscribed on it. The Hadley vital records have 29 NOV 1711 as his date of death.
