- Notes:
The baptism and marriage records for Marie-Josephte Brunet, although hard to read, seem to give a different name for her mother than Anne-Élisabeth Éméreau as reported by René Jetté. The book Cousineau Sur La Baie (1958) by Loretta Alice Cousino gives her parents' names as John and Mary Perier although this would appear to be incorrect as well.
