    Some published sources give James Eldridge Cassady's birth date and location as 19 AUG 1898 in Bodcaw, Arkansas. The date disagrees with both his WWI draft registration and tombstone which give it as 19 AUG 1900. His appearance in the 1900 census, enumerated on 20 JUN 1900, shows that the latter date cannot be correct and therefore the 1898 date is probably correct.
