Despite claims to the contrary, there is no evidence that Henry Messenger was the son of Andrew and Sarah Messenger. Also, there is no evidence that he is the brother of Edward and Andrew Messenger, although there is some evidence of a kinship between Andrew and Henry so perhaps they were brothers or cousins.
