      Various sources give Paul Tebault's birthdate as 14 MAR 1888, 14 MAR 1891, and 01 APR 1892. The latter date in 1892 appears to be the correct one as that is what appears on his tombstone and in the 1900 Federal Census.

      Paul Tebault's marriage and death certificates list Susie Miars as his mother. However, she did not marry his father until 1901, so Susie would appear to be his step-mother. The 1900 federal census appears to confirm this as his father's wife is listed as a “Julia S.” who was born in Maryland. Although Paul's middle name appears as Miars, this only shows up after his father married Susie Miars. The 1900 federal census does not contain a middle name nor initial for Paul. So it's possible he added the middle name after his father's marriage to Susie, or Julia in the 1900 census is also a Miars.
