  • Mary Hinckley may have been the daughter of Thomas Hinckley, brother of Ebenezer, born at Barnstable in 1727 as some published sources have claimed. However, it seems more likely she was the daughter of Ebenezer born in 1729 as this would match the age given on Mary's gravestone.
