However, there is a marriage record for them in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, dated 20 DEC 1889, where they were married in the Episcopal Church. Newspaper records, obituaries, state and federal censuses support them having been married at the earlier date. Was the marriage in Kenosha a second taking of vows by William and Mary on their anniversary?
