  • The listings for Lydia Howland in Robert Charles Anderson's The Great Migration books list both John Howland and his brother Henry Howland as the father of Lydia. Obviously one of these is in error. Since Lydia Howland appears in the silver book Mayflower Families through Five Generation: John Howland (Vol. 23, Part One) as the daughter of John Howland, it is assumed that the source listing Henry Howland as the father is a mistake.
