  • Lucy stated on her Rev. War pension application, after her husband Jason's death, that they were married 21 FEB 1783. However, the pension papers also include a letter from the son of the man who married them and he writes that his father's records show the marriage as having occurred on 21 FEB 1793. There is also another letter dated 1844 that corrects the marriage year from 1783 to 1793.
