The Revolutionary War pension file for Jacob's wife Elizabeth gives his death date as 08 FEB 1814. This differs from that given by his great-grandson Levi Fuller in his Sons of the American Revolution application which has 08 MAR 1814. It is believed that the pension file is more likely to be correct.
Jacob Constantine was said to have died “when thrown from a bridge.”
