  • Samuel Kemp was mentioned in the will of Edward Kemp dated 27 JAN 1667 as a “kinsman” which would indicate that he was not Edward's son. Some believe he is the nephew of Edward and the son of Robert Kemp. More evidence is needed to support this claim.
