Who was Princess Diana?

Diana, Princess of Wales was a member of the British royal family. Born on July 1, 1961, as Lady Diana Spencer, she became the first wife of Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales (now King Charles III), and the mother of Prince William and Prince Harry. She was widely regarded as one of the most famous and popular members of the British royal family, known for her charitable work and her efforts to bring attention to important social and humanitarian issues. She was particularly known for her work with organizations that supported the homeless, people with HIV/AIDS, and children in need.
