    • Some sources claim that the Benjamin Knight who married Lydia Lake was actually this Benjamin's nephew, son of this brother Jonathan. While certainly possible, other sources claim that Lydia Lake married Benjamin Knight Jr., son of Benjamin Knight and Ruth Fuller. The marriage intention filed in Topsfield, Massachusetts, lists Benjamin as a "jr." This "jr" designation could be to distinguish him from his uncle and not his father.
